We only use the caravan toilet for No. 1's and have used all sorts of natural remedies reuse the smell, especially when it is hot. These attempts have been fairly unsuccessful. We lucked across Pro Treat Ones at a caravan show and did a bit of research into the product. Halfway through our last trip we purchased a bag Packet of Pro Treat Ones to try. We were very happy with them, so much so when we returned home we purchased Bathroom Starter Bundle Ones with the atomiser and Bathroom Starter Bundle Ones as well We travel a fair bit and will not run out of this product when we travel.

As earlier advised (by email on 12 April ) and your response on the same date, I ordered the "Ones' starter kit in error ( & so had to purchase the PROTREAT sachets of BCF in Townsville), & so will, as agreed, return the 'ONES' sachets for a credit.
Very happy with the PROTREAT sachets, but have yet to use the 4 in 1, as I am still finishing off another previously purchased product.
I really appreciated your prompt response to MY error in ordering, and your offer of a refund to offset my purchase at BCF.

We bought the starter pack for our first ever foray into offgrid toilets after reading lots and lots of reviews. Very easy to use, didn't smell at all even with a family of 4 using it for 4 days. Very easy to clean as everything was 100% broken down with no smell. We dumped it in our home toilet and used the leftover rinse tank water to clean the holding tank. Super easy with a quick hose in the garden after. Very pleased it was so easy and not traumatic!
